This brow perfecter will keep any stray brow hairs in place. Simply wet the spooley, rub into the product and brush through the brows. Perfect to use if you like a full fluffy look or after Brow Lamination.

How to Use

1. Spray some water on the brow groomer (not the soap directly) 2. Dip your brow groomer into brow soap to lightly coat the bristles. 3. With product brush through your brows, flicking upwards and out to create a feathered look. This brow soap can be worn alone or over your favourite brow powder, pencil or pen.
